Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Plant Water Reminder mobile application ("the app") operated by WhizzBang Labs ("we", "us", or "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Plant Water Reminder, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

Plant Water Reminder is a mobile application that helps you track and remember when to water your plants. The app provides:

• Custom watering schedules per plant
• Local push notifications as reminders
• The ability to mark plants as watered

All functionality is provided locally on your device. No internet connection is required for core features.

3. Free and Paid Features

The app is free to use with up to 5 plants. An optional one-time in-app purchase of $1.99 (USD) unlocks unlimited plants. This purchase is non-recurring and is processed through Google Play.

Refunds for in-app purchases are handled by Google Play according to their refund policy.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Any data you enter into the app
• Ensuring your device's notification settings allow the app to send reminders
• Maintaining backups of any data you consider important (the app stores data locally only)

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The app will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Notifications will be delivered at exact times (this depends on your device's operating system)
• The app is suitable for professional or commercial plant care

Plant Water Reminder is a reminder tool. We are not responsible for the health of your plants.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WhizzBang Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of the app.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code in Plant Water Reminder are the property of WhizzBang Labs. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the app.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Termination

You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. We reserve the right to discontinue the app at any time without notice.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
